Aikido Dojo International

Aikido Mugenami is the organization created by Matt Sensei in 2016 to support his dojo, Mugenami Dojo, as well as student instructors who wish to continue training under Matt Sensei, while also teaching in their own club or dojo.

All Aikido Mugenami member clubs and dojos are affiliated with Mugenami Dojo’s parent organization as members of Mugenami Dojo. All yudansha (black belt) testing will be conducted under the guidelines of Mugenami Dojo’s parent organization.

With support from Mugenami Dojo, members enjoy training under a structured organization with support in Japan to provide Aikikai yudansha (black belt) certification through Hombu Dojo. Mugenami Dojo has a structured curriculum that primarily follows the teachings of Fumio Toyoda Shihan.
